Not Settlement Of PF

Dear sir,

I Upendra Pratap Singh Emp Id-543490 resigned to on 31st OCT-08 and submit my all paper which was requared for PF settlement.five months gone but my PF is not settled.in january i was geting touch with Exit Assist, they reply me that my PF will be settled with in one week.but still they not settled my PF.i send my MAILING ADDRESS to them and icici bank A/C no. also.

but last one month they neither respond my (regarding PF settlement) mails nor settle my PF.

sir i request you please help me and do the needful as soon as possible
