ICICI prudential life insurance
Two policies opened without informing

Hello Sir,

Policy no 10647775 and 12084044 are opened in my name without my knowledge. Premium amount is Rs 1100 per/month and Rs 4000/annum

Please kindly look into this matter and get these policies cancelled
