E65 REPLACEMENT

I have purchased a brand new nokia e65 from the authorised showroom on 15/08, (7 Months old)(cochin-J.P traders). Couple of days back the phone got conged-off and the service centre team replaced the handset with a used handset, which is not functioning properly and understand that the hand set repalced was a used one and too a diffrant color.

I have sepnd Rs.18K for the new handset and not able to use the handset features optimally. I am using the entire features of this handset, especially connectivity features like GPRS, Blutooth etc.

This is creating uneasiness in my personal and offical time. As genuine and long time Nokia fan and customer I was really shocked to have such and incident from Nokia

Also the service centre person is not giving me the details of the service head of Nokia. I hope i will get an immediate attention from your end.
