REGARDING PATHETIC SERVICES

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I RAMESH CHAND GUPTA here by want to state that I started a policy with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance JAIPUR BRANCH through Mr KARTIKEYA TEWARI (CONTACT NO: 9414075111). As it has been more than a month I haven’t received any policy bond or any other document from your side. Even I contacted Mr KARTIKEYA to inform him but he never responded. As per the rule I can opt for cancellation of policy under freelook period as we never got the policy but now Mr KARTIKEYA states that surrender charges would be deducted as the freelook period has been crossed. But how can it be possible when I didn’t received the policy neither any document from your side. My cheque no was 872593 dated 27.08.08 of CANRA BANK JAIPUR

Please take the necessary steps regarding this as your local staff in jaipur is not Cooperating at all. Other wise I had to complain to IRDA regarding this issue. I hope ICICI Prudential would deliver to its brand name and won’t hurt our trust.
