I had submitted letter to their office in Gandhinagar on 24 March requesting for premium payment holiday for my life insurance policy (No: 02662511) premiums since these had been paid regularly for the last 36 months. The accepted copy of the submitted letter is in my records. The co. has not responded to this letter so far and is still sending letters demanding the premiums. I need my deposited amount towards premiums asap.
