Icici prudential smart kid
Non reciept of original bond & mistake in bond

I have taken a smart kid policy no 09709551 for my 1 month old son " Bhavya Agarwal " from Icici Bank, ramgarh cantt branch in july a Premium for Rs.7500 (Rs seven thousand five hundred only) half -yearly.after that i recieved bond for that, i saw there was a mistake of icici prudential that in policy bond nominees gender is female, means they have done daughter instead of son.i immediatly return it to banks for correction.

i have given so many times witten aplication as well as oral, but till today i havent recieved anything from company.

so kindly do the needful.
