ICICI Prudentioal Life Insurance
Monthly Installment Paid but getting reminders of July 08

Dear Sir,

I have taken ICICI Prudential life insurance policy from ITO Branch, Nd-110002& I have paid my monthly instalment of July of Rs 3000/- to ICICI Prudential life vide cheque no 303719 dt 08.07.08 of HDFC Bank K G Marg, New Delhi & same has been cleared from account. I do not who authorised them to send ECS clearance of Rs 3000/- & the same can not be cleared. I have very clearly mentioned in my application that I shall be paying through cheque only. Very Bad service. Immediately Stop sending me SMS.

You are also requested to confirm that you will adhere to my instruction & will not send through ECS as I shall be paying only through cheque only.
