Dear Sir
I was the agent of your Esteem Organization with the above mentioned Code Since January. I had applied to your organization for renewal of my above mentioned license with the deposit of License Fees of Rs. 1, 000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) vide Receipt no.-73150915 dated 09/05 (Copy Enclosed) for a period of further 3 years. Since I came to know that I am not eligible for the agent ship with your organization. I request you to please refund my Fees of Rs. 1, 000/- (Rupees One thousand only) at the earliest.
