Performance of GKB kit is very poo

I am using PURE-IT of Hindustan Lever since last more than one year, everytime I found that GKB Kit quality is very poor, it never gives 1500 Ltrs of pure water. GKB Kit stops working after filteration of 500 Ltrs of water.

Every time the person from Pure-IT say that now it will give you 100% perfomance.

I want from PURE-IT to refund my money, if they can not give us satisfactory service.
