My name is Arun Kumar from Bangalore. I have a long pending issue with IDBI Bank regarding housing loan. I did not get a proper justification on the issue, hence, I thought of approaching you.
The complaint is - I had approached IDBI for a housing loan to purchase a site (plot) which falls under gram-tana jurisdiction in Bangalore. The DSA (Philip) a representative of IDBI Bank reviewed my case, checked all the documents and he said that I was eligible to take loan. I gave all the documents required, along with processing fees of Rs.5510. After that, IDBI announced that they will not fund for Gram-tana site. It is because of the bank's change in funding policy, I was turned down. I approached the bank and had lot of email communication back and forth; they say that- as per the loan application form, the processing fee will not be refunded at any cost.
