Withdrawal of P.F amount

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I have submitted all the required papers for withdrawal of my Provident Fund amount.3 months have elapsed but P.F amount has not been transfered to my bank account. I had been the employee of IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co. Ltd. My P.F.No.is MH/48756/464.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
