Idea 299 full value plan
Incorrect billing

Inspite of repeated reminders Idea is not correcting my bill of August. Following are the problems in my bill:

1. Idea is charging money for STD pack whereas my plan is full value plan.

2. Idea has charged advance charges for next month, which is to be returned as per TRAI latest guidelines

3. Idea has overchrged GPRS charges for the period when GPRS was not activated on my mobile.

Thease problems are to be rectified by Idea.
