Fake Registration

My mom had purchased Idea card from Titan Communications, Maharashtra, Market Yard, Sangli-416416. My mothers name is Bhanu Bhartkumar Asar. But the card is regestered to other name. When I requested Titan Comm. about it they refused to give service. They said that we should fill new form. As we gave you once documents it's your responsiblity to make registration on that name. I request you that this card should be regestered on my mom's name as soon as possible.
