I didnt subscribe any services from IDEA but i am receiving regular messages from 51936 for which my balance gets deducted everyday and when i called customer care they were unable to tell me the mode of activation and said we will refund the amount charged, which is not yet received...
without customer permission idea activates the services for which customer has to suffer a lot...
