My Prepaid no for idea mobile is -9921713139.
On 14th August, I was travelling from Pune to Indore. Since I had very little balance and I was travelling, I asked my friend in Pune to make a recharge of Rs 365.My friend got it done from a nearby dealer and I got the SMS as below :
"Your account has been recharged successfully by Rs365.0.Your idea chit chat prepaid account balance is Rs 1.03"
This means that the no balance was added. There is no assistance from Idea customer care as they say that I have to go to dealer. When I talk to other dealers, they say they can not help.
