Recently I bought an Idea net setter for my net related solutions while travelling and at home also, when the Dial-up is not available. Before purchasing, the representative promised that it will be fast and we will not have any issues. Believing on these promises, we bought the setter. Right from begining, it was having only problems and problems. They promised the setter will activate and I can use in 4 hours time, but with repeated telephone calls and constant visits to the office couple of time, finally after 24 hours it start working. WOW. The net is so slow, that to read an email it takes an hour!!! Forget about other net surfing.
I am so depresses and disappointed, that finally I gave up using it. I will never ever advise to any of my friends or known people for going to idea net setter, rather I will discourage them. If Idea can not come up with a proper solution for this, please better don t market it so that innocent people will not be cheated.
