I am not able to use my mobile number 9822200400 from IDEA Cellular’s now as it is giving me SIM registration failed. This number is with me for more than 7 years now. I called up the customer service on 9822012345 also but the only response that I got was that the details are not available at present, please call again tomorrow.
I had made the 1 time payment for the number 9822200400 so that I have a lifetime validity with zero rental for this number. The last bill that I paid for this number was for the amount of Rs. 60/- on 7th April at Cellular Concepts office in Nagpur. This Invoice Number was 083657118 Invoice Date 21st March and the account number is 1.21219417. The number is registered under Mr. Roshan R Saraf, Flat no. 201, Silver Oak, Raj Nagar, Katol Road, Nagpur – 440013, Maharashtra.
After this bill (Period 21st Feb to 20th Mar) I have not received any bill till date. When I called up the customer service then I was told that my number is registered under some other person. I asked the customer service person as well as their customer complain email id ([email protected], [email protected]), how is possible to give my number to someone else as I have not given any authority to surrender / close my account / connection, also I have not received any communication from IDEA regarding the closure of my connection, the only reply is “we once again regret to confirm that we shall be constrained to provide you with the same number.” Without any other explanation as to how this is possible
