Complaint Against extra charges

I have been deactivated my STD Rental Pack services provided by company on 2nd of feb but they are yet charging for it, inspite of my earlier request to company. I am paying to them normal STD charges which is well shown in my recieved bill, but bill also showing that the STD Rental Pack Charge is again offered to me. Please take strong step regarding my complaint against IDEA Cellular Ltd.
