System had activated I2M Package on my prepaid mobile no. 91-9922450414 w.e.f. 21-Feb without giving any request for activation. I had given a request SR. NO. 118086087 to deactivate that service on dated 17-Apr. After that package has been revert back. But, the charges deducted against that service still not refunded back. After no. of follow-ups on call centre, nothing has been done.
Please refund back the charges at earliest.
