Egarding not receiving my prepaid balance

Sir,

i am a student pursuing engieering.i had recharged my prepaid account with an amount of Rs.50.But, i didnot receive my prepaid balance.

i enquired the dealer also but he showed me the proof also i.e the sms informing that "your account has been recharged by an amount of rs. 50, and also had a transaction id i.e "DL.6080620020561"

sir, as i am a student so i cannot spend money lavishly on my recharge and recharge it another tym. And, i havenot expected this from your company.

sir, i request you to kindly give me justice and oblige me as soon as possible.
