I took 2year 998 plan 3-4 months ago, in the very first month you disconnect the services without any intimation.later on when i checked I was told that I have crossed the credit limit (approx 350rs). I tried to pay the bill online but failed as it was also blocked. Later on i requested more than five times to send your representative to collect the payment. Everytime I got an assurance that the executive will collect the cheque within 48 hours but noboday came. Then finally I saw an Idea outlet and paid Rs 500/- (instead of Rs 355) on 29th October. But my services are still not activated and today I got a new message from your executive that I have to pay Rs 250/- a photograph, and an identity proof to get this number activated.
Can you tell me my fault, you are just trying to harass a genuine customer who never denied to pay, everytime it was a fault from yourside. I know that as a single customer it will not affect your balance sheet if i discontinue idea but really want to say that never seen such a disgusting attitude.
I can only say that loosing two year advance rent & Rs 150 is better than continue this number by paying Rs 250 to such a unprofessional company.
