Herewith following with a mail that i have sent to the company describing all the things that i have faced till date on a short period pertaining to this service provider, still i am being dragged upon ..
Kindly suggest if any new ideas so that these problems are not being faced or taken in right way cos i did what i was feeling was the right thing to do but they still are the same what ever you do, hard or cool they have just one thing in mind they have to finish one call and abort...

Dear Sir / Madam
This is to bring to your notice the grievence that i am feeling having been a customer for the past 3 and more years also i am not having the faith now above the company standards. I have been pulled along like this for so many issues lately but i am also going along with the same only for the reason of loyalty and a ray of hope that soem day i might hit the same customer service standard that i am asking for.
To start with
1 Griev: My offer recharge was wrongly informed to me, " About the 49/- sms pack" and i was given different offer of night calls pack.
2 Griev: my number was disconnected without any prior intimation,
and while connecting to CC i was informed that my validity is over wheras i remember having done a heavy recharge before a year and got the
validity extended till still i took it and then
3 Griev: my incoming was also barred the very next day only which again on calling CC i was informed that my plan no more and it needs to be changed so
i have to go for a recharge as per plan change, well i even took it.
4 Griev: My old balance amount was not reflecting even after the offer change and recharge, nor the offer of 49/-was given which was again a big problem by
itself, i took that too in good terms.
5 Griev: I was asked to send the WAP activation message twice which on doing also after even 3 days till now i have not even got the confirmation msg also,
neither the settings in received.
6 Griev: I had called customer care to tell this matter day before yesterday and i was put on hold continuously and also my call was disconnected purposely i
was very kind to the executive on call, but then after the disconnection i was not able to connect to the customer care for the whole day i was on
IVR of " We are not able to connect you to the customer care, kindly try after 24 hours".
7 Griev: Finally after managing to regiser a complaint on 20/09/09 wherein i spoke to some technical team person and got the confirmation that i will get a call
from your service advisor by 22/09/09 which i did not
8 Griev: All together i called up again to the customer care and now one more of your executive is saying rather informing me that his system is showing the
dates as 23/09/09 where as the message sent to me earlier is wrong, and he is right!!!
Totally i am expecting something fast and better in terms of customer service, I am sure that there are very few of customers who will take their effort to mail you all like i did, if this mail is taken in right way its customer feedback else its all SCRAP!! for you and total time waste for ME.
EXPECTING BETTER SERVICE STANDARDS!!! & SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEMS PLZ!!!
