Non receipt of pf

I submitted for my pf in the month of october, but i havent received it till now.my pf number is DL-8672/2221.atleast after repeated requests, i wasnt informed about my pf status.kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.my name is v.srikanth ramana, and my mobile number is 9618027888...
