After showing a Brand New product, Vide Invoice Number 1268 dated on 19 feb they packed me an used and damaged product. I had only noticed it when I opened it to use it. When I contact Mr Ajay Kumar Gupta, he told me they will replace this product shortly. After some days because of no reply from them I again tried to contact Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta on his mobile number 09999011752. But he never picks the phone till today, 09 april and they didnt replace it.
