As above subject i am celluler user of Idea celluler ltd since last 2years, and my monthly billing avrage is 1700/- to - but last month i have recd 3500/- due from idea, and its almost double
because they charge GPRS Service and OCC service charges without any information to me, and i dont give any wrtten letter to the idea celluler ltd however they activate the service charge and give me over billing, As on 3rd nov they active my GPRS Service and charge 1300/- in a half day, and also activate the OCC Service Charge 200
