Problem in services

Hi i am raj kumar .i am using idea post paid connection.

my no is 9718944900.i have activate a service "select caller service",

by this service they commute that i can black list to no and i ll not get call from that no which i have black listed.

problem is that in the starting service was working very good but right now i am getting call from that no which i have already bared.

i have complain to costumer care of idea but they people are making me fool.

please mention my complain and take a action regarding this complain.
