I am using idea chit chat prepaid service for the last couple of years. i had my last successful recharge on my cell no 9977250566 for rs. 298 on 21st July and got a balance of 270. i did not made any long calls just casual opnetwo minute calls niether i have used any internet / gprs services. i have no caller tunes or any other services. today when i tried to make a local call there was a message @ you do not have sufficient balance to make a call. i was shocked to hear that.. when i checked the balance it showed only Rs. 2.something as my balance... i dont know what the hell is going on?? i tried to call the customer care 12345 there is no human to answer only the computerised menus keep on playing with no room for any executives to answer any calls.. i a literally pissed off with such a system idea has developed to keeep of any filings of complaints. i tried to visit the nearest idea center and found shutter down with no other customer care nos shown on the huge hoardings and sign boards polluting the sight all around the city. is this a policy of idea. i m going to take this cheating to levels no body could have imagined. and i shall throw this card of yours to a shit pit. since this is not the first time that i am facing such a froud.
