I've got the registered letter for availing the Gas Connection and then went to Ideal-RS Puram Coimbatore for remitting payment against it.but they told the payment can be accepted after receiving the acknowledgement card from post office. Then I went after 10 days on 21/10/09.They told that the new connections have been stopped and they will intimate later. I want to know the real status of distribution. When I will be able to pay?
I am not satisfied about the customer service of Ideal.
