I am in roaming now and I am fed up by getting calls from customer care. I am getting atleast 2 calls per day from the customer care from different different numbers to tell about some offers. Without knowing the call from customercare, we take the call and loosing the money. They never calling from the same number, mostly calling from different numbers only, so unable to trace it also. If they want to let the customer know about the offers, then make it free while roaming, or do not provide such kind of offer calls while roaming. why idea is taking money for the calls from their-own customer care?
