Plan charges taken but nothing received

I recd a call from a girl named MANSI from 9891091634 regarding new plan. In that plan she said that i will received 700 rupees talk time for call to others every month & when i will deactivate this paln then i'll receiv my 1600 back. She sent an executive & i paid him Rs.1600 on 20.10. he filled a Consumer Application form sr no. 1178623 only my name & the charges. After paying the money i didnt recd any call from them & when i call in IDEA call center then they said that there is no plan like this. Pls help me. Satpal Saini mob- 9891368000
