I purchased idea netsetter from Marikar Marketing Corpn, MG Road, TVM. They assured me I get a speed of 236.8 KB, but for me Iam geting maximum speed of 0.06. Also they informed for the first 1 month the monthly charge will be 550 and I recieved a bill for 739. The guy approached me from Marikar, Name is Anil, He introduced me as the Team Leader, after taking the money from me, he didnt given the bill in proof of the purchase I made. For the last 1 month Iam calling him and he not yet given me the bill. They are cheating customers, for my colleagues also same experience. I have with me all the proof, such as screen shots and the recorded voice of the idea staffs. Iam sure if anyone purchase Idea Netsetter, will lose money and to face so much difficulties, being the customer service is worst. I decided to disconnect netsetter and my mobile connection that iam holding for the last 3 years.
So this a request: PLEASE DONT TAKE IDEA NETSETTER, you will surely be CHEATED.
I taken a connection from BSNL named EVDO and getting a very good speed and iam now satisfied with them
