Idea net setter
Complication in changing of tariff plan

I have purchased idea net setter in month of March with two months free usage in plan Idea netsetter849 but the company change my plan automatically in plan299 without informing me. When I ask them to change my plan they are asking me for witten application. Today we have many advance technologies yet they are using paper work. What an idea sirji.
