About the internet connection

Gud morning. iam venkatramana reddy, actually i buyed idea net setter, so on that it has been written that its speed is 236.8kbps but its not true its very slow and i am not satisfy with that... what my intension is they are cheating the consumers who buy this idea net setter by saying that its speed is 236.8 but it is very slow not even its speed its 100kbps so please provide justice for me...
