Hi Folks,
Could any one please help me out how to approach legally (Consumer Court) regarding Idea data card poor services.
Regarding low speed I approached to customer care (April), Nodal Officer (29-May, 09), and finally Appellate Authority (3-Jul), now no department present to approach.
All screen shots attached and sent to Appellate Authority.
Even Technical Team visited and accepted/ identified the technical problem and later they called and informed they resolved the issue but after resolution my internet services are totally failed to open the pages, displaying “Internet Explorer could not open the search page” message.
Finally came to know they are not going to provide normal services, so please suggest how to approach legally through consumer court.
