Idea net setter
619 error not sort out from last 3 days

I am purchased net setter from Idea depot jalgaon on dated 19/01 and thats time they said it will be start within 2 hrs but till date net setter did not work When net setter plugin comes error no 619 and about this information inform to idea depot and also to idea customer care but till date problem not solve So please do needful.
