First Complaint - 2nd April 09
I am using Spice service from past 3 years... I am extremely happy with the service.
Now suddenly my tariff changed to Idea to Idea 50 paisa without any notification.
My previous tariff - Spice to Spice - 10 paisa
Kindly change my tariff to previous 10 paise plan.
Awaiting for your replay with favorable action.

Second Complaint - 24th July 09
Today my mobile suddenly shows service msg. is the New TT on E-151 and
you get extra talktime 50/-. I recharged to 151.. suddenly my balance goes to Rs.100/- and also my
whole tariff changed. This is ridiculous. I really uphappy with your
service. Previous my SMS cost is 1 paise but now 0.25 paise..
Please change current tariff to old tariff.. i am waiting for your
response.
For New customer your giving 150 sms free per day. - 20 paise for 5
no. STD at Re.1.. without any extra pack for year.
What about existing customer.. we are also
a your old customer.. don't forget that.. I really unhappy..
