I cannot believe how come a ISO Certified company work in such a way.
I took the service from IDEA PACKERS & MOVERS (Registered Head Office at Chuna Mandi, Paharganj, New Delhi) for shifting my household from NEW DELHI to PATNA.
Cheater employees: Mr. Rajiv Ranjan
These guys are such a cheater, they promised me the delivery of my goods in Patna in 3-4 days, but gave the delivery in 1 week time, that too after my several mail exchanges & telecons to the different officials of the company. Now these guys are postponing the delivery day by day... somtime they are saying I vehicle is having some problem, sometime they are saying I dont have labour to deliver the good. Blah Blah Blah..
I dont understand how ISO give certification to such companies.
NOTE: MY STRONG RECOMMENDATION TO EVERONE IS THAT NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY.
