Worst response from costomer service

Hello

am Mr Finny Mathew from kerala with my mob no.9847073111.since yesterday 31st july around 3.00pm am not able to call any no.outside kerala.your company has failed to provide me a clear clarification regarding the unavailabilty of so.i have given more than 10 calls to the coustomer service regarding the complaint, everytime the same responce that only they cld take down my complaint nothing else.its almost more than 24 hrs and still nothing has been done from your part.its sounds really rediculous to have such a thing.i feel i have been mistaken by believing in your service.

at the sam, e time after each call t the costomer service they nvr forget to send the message to knw regarding the satisfaction level.but not clearing the matter.many whom i have talked with in ur office were really without a clear reply.if they cant solve anything and just can tk only the complaints why they have to be thr.noone is granting me any favour from idea for free.am equally paying for my each and every calls, then cld i knw it who will i blame responsible for the lose of my so many importanat calls within these 24 hours.
