I activated Unlimited GPRS on number 9623071100 (SMS: GPRs UNLTD to 54666). According to custcomer care and idea site (ideacellular.com), the unlimited plan will deduct Rs.30 each day and i can access unlimited web pages in 24 hours. But my 30 Rs were deducted firstly and then additional 2paise/KB were deducted on subsequent browsing.
Likewese my balance of almost 60 Rs. was deducted and now my balance is minus 30Rs.
As stated on idea's website and by custcomer care, i should be charged only Rs 30 and not more.
Please see that i can henceforth access unlimited GPRs with only Rs. 30 per day.
