I have a idea prepaid mobile connection, my number is 9887180140. Your company gives good facilities to customer but sometime due to fault some troubles are arise and I also got some trouble about the reduction in my mobile BALANCE since few months. Whenever I recharge my number my balance is reduced by some amount, when I ask to customer care executive he always told me that some kind of services are available on my number but there is not a single facilitiy available on my number, Atleast if I accept that I got some facilities from you then, that should be available on my phone but I don't get any messages or any news about starting of facilities.
I just want to told you that these faults make me tenced because I whenever I want to recharge my number with more amount first I try by recharge with R.s 10 and I am shocked seeing the amount is nil or very low, so I request you to please inform me whenever you start any services or facilities on my number so that if I start the facilities then atleast I can enjoy that.
one more thing I want to write here that please don't start any facilities without clear order and BALANCE.
