Sir,

I am using idea number 7814077822..And i am facing many problems .i have called customer care many times but they fail to do anything.everytime they register my complaint and give 24 hr time.but evreytime they fail do solve my complaint and my complaints number is 150632633, 150339488 & 150680785.my complaint is that after call or message balance is not shown and am unable to do coupon recharge also..i have wasted many coupons... please do something and solve my problems...
