Idea prepaid connection
Unable to send sms to reliance network

Respected Sir/Madam

i m having idea prepaid connection and i recharged with message offer... coz i love to chat with friends... last 15days i m unable send sms to reliance network not only a perticular number... some times messages will be delivered but regularly i m unable to send sms... i get irritated with the services... customer care people not at all giving proper response... today afternoon i ve given complaint to customer care my complaint reference number is 82877024 Dt.9/5/09 but still i did nt get any call from idea... still to send a single sms i ve to try for many times then only it will get delivered... i m not sure that though i receive delivery report sms get delivered or not...

really i feel sorry...

please do the needful...
