I am having your prepaid connection since long back. But Iam not satisfy with the services. On my mobile, one dialer tone is running but I don;t want to deactivate caller tune and for that so many times i requested but nothing get. today I have also called to customer care and he suggest to send SMS DTD and send to 50505 and when I sent SMS another message received. I don';t understand what is that, only SMS and SMS no result. Please reply and what i do to immediate deactivate this caller tune. I also surprised that when there is small balance less than rs. 30 then wy u deduct partly amount for caller tune without asking to customer. You don;t know some time people not having sufficient fund to continue caller tune and we have recharged only for emergency call, but u people deduct the same and beocme balance Zero.

Without asking to customer, how u can deduct charges.

I request just to deactivate immediately caller tune from my mobile. Other wise I have no option to use your connection only for incoming calles and use another for making call. This is loss of you, as you know the uses of my.
