Am Dinesh K & using idea prepaid connection (9990502270). Without my concern, they have activated some net20 plan. Everyday they were deducting 20 Rs for that without my knowledge. Like wise I paid for a whole month. Then I got doubt and checked the details with customer care (Mr. Mahaveer), they says that net20 plan is activated.
Second issue, with out my approval they have activated caller tune (from 22.09.09). I was trying to deactivate. I could not succeed. I just changed the song b'cos earlier one was rude enough. For that also i have got a message that " 15 Rs deducted & this caller tone service will be for 2 months". On 23.09.09 morning i have recharged my mobile for 225. I was shocked that balance was not updated. Once again I have contacted customer care. He (Mr. Amit) says that 225 plan is for activation of caller tone for one year. "Dealer done it mistakenly".
Third issue: I did online recharge (ideacellular.com) for 225 Rs Twice. But money deducted from my bank account (HDFC). My balance was not updated.

I have raised some of these issues through online customer complaint also. But I did not get any reply from their side.
I got so much of mental agony, because of these repeated problems caused by idea cellular. I have strong evidence for all. Idea cellular has to stop their service.
