Dialer Tones and Call center Phones

Sir,

Some days before i found activated dialer Tones on My idea Mobile Number 9785682641, whereas i have not activated it. I don't want to use this service. So Please deactivate this service on my number.

And i also request you to Stop the call center calls or sms on this number.

Sir, I want to make SMS. but every time when i make it, it gets failed. what is the problem? with this.

Please solve my these problems as soon as possible, after 2 days i will go to Consumer court if you donot take any action.
