Cheating by the shopkeeper for providing wrong details

i would like to bring this case in your kind notice that a shopkeeper in gurgaon (har) on kahadsa road used to cheat people by giving wrong details of recharge vouchers and theirs validity.

I went to that shop and i asked for life time validity recharge voucher he told me its of 195 Rs. i paid him the amount and waited for the updation bt i recived a message giving a talk time of 50Rs. and NIL validity.

When i told the same to the shopkeeper he started arguing with me and told me that through the mobile in DRAIN and started using abusive words to me.

I request to kindly look into the matter seriously because its not the single instance when he did this.
