Idea tele communication/ prepaid sim
Not getting gprs setting since last 8 months

i m sandeep kumar. i am using idea sim since november. my mobile no is 9743803121.

i have been complaining for the gprs setting since nov. i have complained atleast 25 times but as on date also i didn't get the GPRS SETTING.

so, i want you to take any action against idea.
