Change name and father's name

Sir,

I need to be change my father's name on the identity card and correct my name appearing in local language. For that i went many times, around 7 times, to my local electoral ofiice situated in Tellichery taluk office at Thalassery but all the time they give some explanations and told me to come next time the same thing happend to the next time also. I am working in out side the state so some difficulty is there to come the electoral office all the time.
