I did not receive the Rebok watch which should come with Video freeze

I have purchased Videocon freeze on 16th August.

As per the big bazzar offer, there is offer that I will get rebook watch of worth Rs 2500/ but still I did not get it.

When calling, always I am getting promise for a week (that it will be delivered next week).

Let me know if someone is there to look at my problem
