I have a 5 kg digital front load washing machine which makes jerking sound and shows E 7 and stops..my complaint # 2842712. When i complained on 21.03.2009 they sent a technician who said there is problem in motor so it should be changed... after several calls again on 23.03.09 one person came who said machine should be t aken to service center. My machine is giving continuous problems from past 2yrs. Last time when i had same problem few months back they took it to service center and repaired..after that repair digital display doesnot show END after completing washing and the door can be opened easily even when machine is running. Please rectify the problems as early as possible.
Complaints:
1. Jerking sound in th machine, and shows E 7 and stops.
2. Diplay does not show END after completing washing.
3. Door can be easily opened even when the machine is running.
